Cancellation

You may cancel the contract at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, you are liable for any damages we incur:

• From the date the deposit is received until 30 days before the start of the rental: 25% (the deposit amount)
• 100% from the date the balance is received

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 25%; less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the booking price.

The date we receive your cancellation notice will apply. Any amounts already paid will be credited. 

We recommend that guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
